Hi, I’m Sandy Carter.   For as long as I can remember, I have had a love and passion for decorating. My dream was to pursue a degree and career in Interior Design but life happened, as it does for us all, and instead I was granted the privilege of becoming the mother of a beautiful and special autistic child.  My dream may have been altered and delayed somewhat but the passion never was.  So I was granted another privilege!  In the summer of 2008, after being Certified by Home Staging Resources, I launched an exciting new business in Chillicothe, Ohio called Staging BySandy.   Staging allows me to use my God-given creative skills, talents, and abilities to professionally transform a home-for-sale into a beautiful, tranquil, warm and welcoming place that any buyer would want to call home.
