Consultation and Proposal

A Staging By Sandy professional will meet with you and discuss your goals; expectations and how to receive the most dollars for the improvements you’re making.  We will go over our 8-step, FEEL HOME staging process while walking through the home with you and the Realtor and viewing your home as a potential buyer would. We will share our “first impressions” of the rooms with you.  We will end with a proposal in order for you to get the most money and the quickest sale of your home.  

Half Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign

This service is for those homes that need a little extra attention or are less then 2000 square feet.  The Staging By Sandy Consultant will be working from our 8-step Action Plan to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  We will give you expert advice to complete the look of each room and take appealing photos for your agent to use in marketing your home. 

Full Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign

What a difference a day makes!!  This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet.  We spend a full day making transformations to your home.  At the end of the day, you will have a show-room ready home, photos for your agents to use in marketing your home, and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look. 

New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend (Includes Completed Action Plan)

This is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make a great first impression!  A Staging By Sandy Consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream.  We will be working from a detailed Action Plan.  To get the most dollars for your home, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation BEFORE being listed!
